The College also has two inscribed pieces of silver presented by him in his lifetime, a modern steeple cup and a modern oxe-eye cup. Contents Rawnsley 1. Margaret Atkinson, Hardwicke Drummond Rawnsley 1851-1920. MPhil Thesis, Lancaster University, 1993. Presented by the author, 1994. Rawnsley 2 & 3.Two albums of obituary notices and press cuttings concerning Rawnsley’s life, death, memorial, will etc and early National Trust acquisitions. Compiled by his widow, these albums passed down the family until they were bought for £195 (item 194 in the Summer 2002 General Catalogue of RFG Hollet & Son, Sedbergh). Rawnsley 4.
